Sportsbooks and online casinos prey on people like you and me all the time. They use their marketing guys, bonuses and slick software to entice new players to join their websites.
Some sportsbooks do this legitimately. They uphold their end on the promotions they offer, they do offer honest and fair lines, and pay their players very fast.
However, sadly there is also a lot scum, sportsbook scams – the bottom of the online sports betting barrel. These guys aren’t legit. They’ll do everything in their power to squeeze every cent out of you. They’ll shift lines to unfair proportions, retroactively change terms and take your deposits, even if they know they can’t – or won’t – pay you back. These are the books you want to avoid.
Some of them will even offer fair odds but they will not pay you or it will take forever to receive your winnings. I have been refunded after making big bucks, when asking what is going on they just said that according to their managers, my account was closed and my card refunded losing around $46,000.00 in fair bets I won.
I have dedicated time and resources to track them down and after many weeks of struggle I can get to say that I got my winnings back from them. I was threatened many times but in the end they get to hear me and agreed to pay what they owed.
I have made friends down the road and I would like to make these options available for other people who's been scammed as well.
